After cabinetry installation, our team uses laser-guided digital templating to capture exact countertop dimensions — including sink cutouts, cooktop openings, edge profiles, and backsplash heights. Digital templating achieves accuracy within 1mm for seamless fit.
Slabs are cut using CNC waterjet technology for precise edges and cutouts. Edge profiles (eased, beveled, bullnose, ogee, mitered) are machined and hand-finished. Seam placement is strategically planned to minimize visibility and follow natural vein lines. Fabrication: 5-10 business days.
Our stone installation team sets countertops with color-matched epoxy seams, applies appropriate sealants for natural stone, and verifies level and overhang consistency. Installation for a typical kitchen takes 1 day. We provide a complete stone care guide specific to your material.
