Architecture in
Every Surface

The Architeto collection treats the kitchen as an architectural statement — bold geometric volumes, dramatic material contrasts, and precision engineering create spaces that command attention while serving the demands of daily life.

The Philosophy

Architeto draws inspiration from modernist architecture — the tension between horizontal planes and vertical masses, the interplay of light on textured surfaces, and the disciplined use of negative space. Each kitchen is composed as a three-dimensional study in proportion.

This is a collection for homeowners who view their kitchen not as furniture but as architecture — a space that shapes how you move, cook, and entertain with the same intentionality as the building that houses it.

Built for Your Space

Yanis Remodeling brings the Architeto collection to luxury homes across Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Pacific Palisades, and communities throughout Orange County and Los Angeles.

Every Architeto installation is site-specific — cabinetry dimensions, island proportions, countertop cantilevers, and lighting integration are designed to respond to your kitchen architecture, ceiling heights, and natural light patterns.

Architeto treats the kitchen as architecture. Structure, proportion, and discipline define every element — bold geometric volumes, engineered surfaces, and monolithic forms that command attention.

The Architeto philosophy draws from the principles of great architecture — where spatial composition, material honesty, and structural integrity create environments of extraordinary power and clarity.

Materials & Finishes

Engineered stone surfaces, matte metal cladding, smoked oak veneers, and precision-machined hardware chosen for their structural character and architectural presence.

Experience

Each Architeto kitchen is designed as a spatial statement — where engineering meets artistry and the kitchen becomes the defining element of the home.

Bold Materials,
Refined Execution

Textured Oak & Dark Elm Veneer

Book-matched wood veneers in linear-grain European oak and dark elm, applied over engineered substrates for dimensional stability. Available in natural, smoked, and charred finishes. The bold grain patterns create visual rhythm across large cabinetry runs — a hallmark of the Architeto aesthetic.

Polished & Leathered Natural Stone

Countertops and feature walls in Nero Marquina marble, Pietra Grey limestone, Statuario marble, and Brazilian quartzite. Available in polished, honed, or leathered finishes. Stone slabs are selected in person at our partnered quarries for grain continuity across large surfaces.

Blackened Steel & Bronze Hardware

Structural steel elements — integrated shelf brackets, island leg frames, and open display structures — finished in matte black powder coat or patinated bronze. Hardware is architecturally scaled to match the collection bold proportions.

Concealed Technology Integration

Motorized cabinet lifts, touch-latch mechanisms, and integrated charging stations concealed within the cabinetry architecture. Premium appliances from Gaggenau, Wolf, and Sub-Zero are fully integrated behind matched veneer or lacquer panels.

Collection Features

  • Bold geometric volumes
  • Monolithic material surfaces
  • Structural proportional discipline
  • Architectural-grade engineering

From Concept
to Completion

Every Architeto kitchen begins with a comprehensive site analysis of your home. Here is how our team transforms architectural vision into daily reality.

Consult

Architectural Site Analysis

We visit your home to assess ceiling heights, structural conditions, natural light, and spatial flow. We discuss your design references, entertaining patterns, and how the kitchen connects to adjacent living spaces. We review the Architeto material palette and identify the combinations that will define your kitchen. Complimentary for all projects.

Design

Volumetric Design Development

Our design team creates scaled 3D models and photorealistic renderings that show how Architeto cabinetry volumes interact with your specific architecture. We refine proportions, cantilever depths, and material transitions through 2-3 revision rounds. Design phase: 3-4 weeks.

Source

Stone Selection & Material Procurement

Visit our studio or partner stone yards to personally select your stone slabs, ensuring vein continuity and color consistency across all surfaces. Wood veneer sheets are selected for grain matching across cabinetry runs. Lead time for custom materials: 6-10 weeks depending on stone origin.

Build

Precision Fabrication & Installation

Cabinetry is fabricated using CNC machining and hand-finishing in our partner workshops. Steel elements are custom-welded and powder-coated. Our installation team handles all structural preparation, stone templating, and appliance integration. Installation: 6-12 weeks depending on scope.

Reveal

Quality Assurance & Handover

Comprehensive inspection covers panel alignments, stone seam quality, hardware operation, and lighting calibration. We document material care protocols specific to your selections and provide professional photography of your completed Architeto kitchen.

Investment Range

$95,000 — $220,000

Depending on kitchen footprint, stone selection, structural modifications, and appliance integration. Premium stone selections and custom steel elements are the primary cost variables. Timeline: 14 to 20 weeks from design approval.

Experience

The Architeto experience is built around architectural thinking — understanding how volumes, materials, and light interact in your specific space. Our team includes certified kitchen designers and project managers who coordinate every detail from initial concept through final installation.

Frequently Asked
Questions

Architeto kitchen installations range from $95,000 to $220,000 depending on kitchen size, stone selection, structural requirements, and appliance integration. A mid-range Architeto kitchen for a 200-square-foot space with textured oak veneer, Nero Marquina marble countertops, and integrated Gaggenau appliances averages $140,000 to $170,000 in the Orange County and Los Angeles market.

From design approval to completion, expect 14 to 20 weeks. The design phase takes 3-4 weeks, material procurement 6-10 weeks (depending on stone sourcing), and installation 6-12 weeks. Projects requiring structural modifications may extend the timeline.

The Architeto palette includes Nero Marquina marble (dramatic black with white veining), Pietra Grey limestone (sophisticated warm grey), Statuario marble (white with bold grey veining), and Brazilian quartzite varieties. All stones are available in polished, honed, or leathered finishes. We arrange personal slab selection visits to ensure vein pattern satisfaction.

Architeto is specifically designed for open-plan living. The architectural volumes, cantilevered islands, and bold material statements create natural spatial boundaries without walls. We design sight lines from living and dining areas to ensure the kitchen reads as an integrated architectural element.

Yes. Yanis Remodeling installs Architeto kitchens across Orange County and Los Angeles County, including Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Irvine, Dana Point, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, and surrounding luxury communities.

Architeto shares the architectural design philosophy of brands like Boffi and Poliform while offering full customization to your specific space. Unlike showroom-configured kitchens, every Architeto installation is designed site-specifically with dimensions, material combinations, and features tailored to your home architecture and lifestyle.

Depending on your home, structural modifications may include reinforced flooring for stone islands, relocated plumbing for island sink placement, electrical upgrades for appliance loads, and ceiling preparation for integrated extraction systems. Our project team handles all permits and structural coordination in Orange County and Los Angeles.

Yes. Integrated lighting is fundamental to the Architeto aesthetic. We specify concealed LED systems including under-cabinet task lighting, in-cabinet accent lighting, pendant positions, and recessed downlighting. All lighting is tunable (2700K-4000K) and controllable through your home automation system or dedicated wall panels.
